Nicole Rambone
Director of Operations
Nicole serves as the Director of Operations for the Korey Stringer Institute (KSI), where she oversees a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational initiatives that support the institute’s mission of advancing health and safety in sport and physical activity. Since joining KSI in 2023, she has played a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic growth across the institute.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Western Connecticut State University in 2010 and later obtained a teaching endorsement in Physical Education in 2012. As a former member of the university’s women’s soccer team, KSI’s commitment to athlete health and safety holds special personal significance.
Prior to joining KSI, Nicole spent more than eight years as an office manager for a private family dental practice, where she developed extensive expertise in operations management, financial administration, accounts receivable, staff development, event coordination, and process improvement. Her background in building effective administrative systems and fostering organizational excellence has been instrumental in her leadership role at KSI.
Nicole is currently pursuing her MBA at UConn, where she is expanding her knowledge of business strategy, leadership, and organizational management. Through her graduate studies, she has also developed a growing passion for marketing and strategic communications, with a particular interest in how storytelling, branding, and stakeholder engagement can amplify the impact of mission-driven organizations.
Nicole resides in Tolland, Connecticut, with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Tyler and Ella.
